Once you purchased your rental allow 24 hours for processing to receive a confirmation email followed by a rental agreement. If you need same day please email AlexisRochelle@itsthelexappeal.com. $25 Rush Fee

You must sign rental agreement and agree to pick up before receiving your rental. Stylist will either meet renter at a mutually agreed location or rental will come to showroom to retrieve rental.

If you can not meet, we can deliver to you for a $35 Travel fee ( contact to verify your location is within delivery distance)

Renter has 3 days with rental unless specified by stylist. If rental is not returned by return date renter will be charged replacement fee.
